Who We Are
Dr. Anne Gomez is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in Integrative Biology. Dr. Gomez earned her medical degree at Hahnemann/Drexel University in Philadelphia where she earned a Student Service Award. She finished her OB/GYN residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center where she served as the Chief Medical Resident and presented a case report at the national ACOG convention. Dr. Gomez worked in a rural underserved community in south Georgia after residency and then joined a large private practice in Chattanooga, TN. She has been in private practice in Richardson, Texas since 2007.
Dr. Gomez enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She enjoys volunteering at their schools and other local organizations such as the Boys Scouts of America, Thrive women's ministry clinic, and as a Sunday School helper.
Dr. Gomez loves seeing the transformation of women through adolescence, pregnancy, motherhood, and menopause and feels blessed to be a partner in that transformation. Dr. Gomez developed a passion for OB when she experienced the miracle of childbirth during medical school. Even after performing hundreds of deliveries, each birth remains a unique celebration of life. She has special interests in preventative care, minimally invasive surgery through laparoscopy, contraception, abnormal pap smear management and abnormal uterine bleeding. Dr. Gomez speaks Spanish and Taiwanese.
Elizabeth is the heart and soul of the medical practice. She has been with Dr. Gomez since 2008 and has had several roles including medical assistant, receptionist, billing advisor and office administrator. Elizabeth always puts the patients first and gives 100% in her work.
Elizabeth stays busy with her three young children and enjoys spending time with her family. She is fluent in Spanish.
Michelle is our medical assistant who joined us in 2015. Her cheerful demeanor puts patients at ease quickly. Michelle enjoys caring for our patients by making them feel at ease and ensuring they feel cared for. She is fluent in Spanish.
Outside of work Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in the community. She is a talented photographer and enjoys crafting.
